We hope you love every single detail of your new item from Golden Sunrise. However, we understand that sometimes you could end up choosing the wrong style, colour or size. Due to this reason Golden Sunrise offers to you the option to exchange your product or return your item for an online store credit. We do not provide refund for change of mind.

 EXCHANGES & RETURNS 

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, in the original package and with all tags/ labels attached. All returned products will be inspected before processing the exchange.
  • Exchanges & Returns must be requested within 14 days from the delivery date. Please email returns@goldensunriseactivewear.com to communicate your intention to exchange your product and we will help you.
  • Any shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded.
  • We recommend you send your items using a trackable postage method. Golden Sunrise Activewear will not be responsible for parcels lost in transit.

 

We do not provide refund for change of mind. However, you can return your item and get a store credit which is valid for 12 months.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please take a photo of it and send us an email at customerservice@goldensunriseactivewear.com and we will sort it out for you.
